- Report the Issue: Contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery and provide a detailed description of the defect.
2.Upload a Photo: Submit a clear photo showing the defect in the item. This helps us assess the issue promptly.
Refund Process:
1.Quality Control Check: Returned items will be reviewed by our Quality Control Department. This process takes up to 48 hours from the receipt of the returned item.
2.Confirmation: Once the return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
